How it Works
Having an estate sale shouldn't be stressful. Setting up the process up front makes everything go much smoother for the homeowner and loved ones. Here is an example of process and timeline of an estate sale.
1. Meeting with Homeowner or Loved ones
2. Pre Estate Sale
Have homeowners or loved ones remove all items they do not want to be in the sale or relocate items to a room that will not be open to the public.
3. Prep and Clean
We begin with a light cleaning of the home. Our team will go through all items, clearing out items that are broken or unusable before staging.
4. Photos and Staging
We take photos of all items for advertising and place items strategically to maintain safe and easy navigation throughout the home.
5. The Estate Sale
Stella Rose Estate Sales typically run Friday - Sunday
6. Post Estate Sale
After the sale, we perform a complete clean out of the remaining items and conduct a broom sweep of the home. We will provide sales data, inventory, and payouts within 3-5 business days.
Fees

Estate Sale Fees for Stella Rose Estate Sales
Commission 35 - 50%
We offer a minimal commission rate starting at 35% and sliding up to 50% based on size and scope of the sale. Full clean out is included at no extra charge. Excluding extreme weight and volume.
Vehicle Commission 25 - 35%
